These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Golf.Guide platform operated by Supportal AI, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile site, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you're browsing, creating an account, or listing a golf course or lodging business.

0. General Terms for All Users

0.1 Platform Purpose

Golf.Guide is a directory and discovery tool designed to help users find and explore golf courses, lodging options, and golf-related travel opportunities.

0.2 Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure all content displayed on our site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or information provided by third-party partners.

You are solely responsible for verifying any course details, prices, hours, contact information, or booking options before making plans or purchases.

0.3 User Accounts

If you create a free account to track rounds or manage a bucket list:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• You agree not to use the site for any unlawful, abusive, or commercial scraping purposes.

0.4 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for fraudulent, misleading, or malicious purposes
• Copy or scrape listing data for resale
• Upload inaccurate or unauthorized content

1. Overview of Featured Listing Services

As a Featured Partner on Golf.Guide, you receive the following benefits for a flat annual fee of $365 per listing:

• Priority placement on destination and category pages
• SEO-optimized listing with direct links to your booking platform or website
• Display of your Google Reviews, photos, and public-facing business info
• Optional inclusion in our "Stay & Play" or local package pages
• Visibility across all relevant guides within a 50-mile radius
• No commissions, no bartered tee times, and no third-party booking restrictions

2. Performance Guarantee

We stand behind the value of your Featured Listing. If, within your 12-month term, we do not deliver at least one of the following:

• $365 in tracked referral value, or
• 3,650 outbound link clicks (measured through UTM tags or internal analytics)

...we will automatically renew your listing for an additional 12-month term at no charge.

Tracking Notes:

• Clicks and traffic are monitored using Google Analytics and internal systems.
• You may be asked to add a UTM or referral tag to your booking link to enable accurate tracking.
• This guarantee covers visibility and referral traffic — not bookings or revenue.

3. Payment Terms

• Listings are billed annually at $365 per course, resort, or lodging partner.
• Payment is due in full upon activation.
• All payments are non-refundable once the listing is live.

4. Partner Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date business details (including a website or booking link).
• Maintain active booking functionality or a published phone number.
• Permit us to display publicly available content such as Google reviews, business photos, and your location information.

You may request edits or updates to your listing at any time during the 12-month term.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and business content you provide remain your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content on the Platform and in associated marketing channels for the purpose of promoting your business within our guide.

6. Term & Termination

• This agreement begins on the date your listing is published and runs for 12 months.
• If our Performance Guarantee is not met, your listing will be extended for 12 months at no charge.
• You may request cancellation at any time, but all payments are final and non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We provide promotional exposure and traffic referrals but do not guarantee bookings, revenue, or business results.
• All content is provided "as-is" without warranties.
• Supportal AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, due to your use of the Platform.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Any material changes will be communicated in writing or posted to the site. Your continued use of the Platform after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
